£20,000 Basic and Comm (uncapped) Circa £65-£100K Per annum

Our Client is a well established provider of holiday homes and lodges.
Following a recent acquisition a position has become available for a high calibre, talented and experienced sales negotiator.
The role
You will be supported with appointed leads and enquiries to work from, originating from National Press Advertising and ongoing national marketing campaigns.
The product
Your product is a range of high quality Lodge and Holiday homes, set in idyllic parkland settings. The product is supported by the UK’s top Lodge Home manufactures. The locations are parkland sites in Norfolk, East Sussex, Devon and Cornwall. As part of the company’s acquisition and expansion program, additional sites are to be added.
The person
Outstanding individual with a track record of achievement in customer faced sales. Must be equipped with the skills to significantly impact our business and sustain a competitive edge by using extensive knowledge of operational sales and marketing.
Should be extremely resourceful and creative and a successful facilitator of successful initiatives.
Capable of leveraging all opportunities to maximise business growth and revenue. Must be keen to pursue a challenging opportunity in an organisation where skill and determination can be utilised to make a valuable contribution to the future success and expansion of the company.
Applicant core skills required
- Previous use of CRM systems
- Focused understanding of customer relations
- Strong Administrative Skills.
- Successfully managed demanding workloads within time constraints.
- Demonstrated decision-making capabilities through varied assignments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management.
- Quick learner with inquisitive mind
- Think outside the square, thinker with analytical, inquisitive and creative mind
- IT Skills MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Explorer.
Applicant extended skills required
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills gained through extensive experience within the finance and property sectors or through involvement with high value luxury goods or lifestyle products.
- Capable of authoring and delivering sales presentations, designing promotional and advertising material.
- Liaison with head office regarding print media organisations to ensure effective continuation of promotion and advertising campaigns.
- Assisting in development and implementation of sales and marketing plans for all aspects of park home sales from established markets through to new market sectors including conceptualising ideas into new markets.
