Field Sales Executive /Account Manager(B2B) Aberdeen £18 -20k Basic £50k OTE +car

Our Client is expanding despite current market conditions. They are looking for a Home Based Field Sales Executive /Account manager to cover Aberdeen and surrounding areas . You will be working within an organisation with an excellent value proposition, and many satisfied customers.

This is a new business /account management role selling to the business to business market. Ideally you will be driven, confident, outgoing, proactive, and a good relationship builder with strong business development and account management skills. The successful Field Sales Executive will be trained in all aspects of the sales process with excellent ongoing training provided.

Field Sales Executive Key skills
• Proven track record in services and or solution sales.
• Ability to identify and win new business as well as develop the existing customer base to maximise sales revenue.
• Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results
• Experience of a face-to-face sales environment is essential
• Self motivation and drive

Field Sales Executive Package: £18-20k basic, £35k realistic OTE (uncapped) year 1, 2nd year realistic £50k OTE, plus car, laptop and mobile.

The successful Field Sales Executive will have a provisional start date of June 2010 and would be expected to take part in a company induction will may last for up to 3 weeks and will require overnight stays away from home.
