Outbound Telesales Advisor /Appointment setter (London) £14-18k basic + uncapped commission (£20k-£25k ote)

Our client based in North London is one of the leading “o2” franchises in the Country. They currently represent the “o2” brand and sell their solutions and services to both Business and Consumers.
Due to their continuing success and expansion they are looking for a high calibre, talented and experienced Outbound Telesales Advisor / appointment setter.
The role requires contacting potential new customers to inform them about our client’s products and services and also make appointments for the field sales executives. You will need to be sales driven with a self-motivated attitude and you will also need to possess an excellent telephone manner and enjoy exceeding set targets.
Duties
· Maximise all new and existing sales opportunities
· Build a strong relationship with all Customers / Clients.
· Demonstrate commitment to achieve targets and KPI's
· Make quality and qualified appointments using appropriate techniques
Skills & Experience
· Previous customer service/sales experience ideally in a B2B Telecoms environment.
· Excellent communication skills
· A desire to succeed and exceed targets
· Flexible approach
· Excellent team player
· Computer Literate (previous experience with a CRM system would be an advantage)
