Outbound Telesales Advisors (Essex) £14-18k basic + uncapped commission (£20k-£25k ote)

Our Client is a leading provider of telephony and data services. Due to their continuing success and expansion they are looking for high calibre, talented and experienced Outbound Telesales Advisors.
The role requires contacting potential new customers to inform them about our client’s products and services. You will need to be sales driven with a self-motivated attitude and you will also need to possess an excellent telephone manner and enjoy exceeding set targets.
Duties
• Maximise all new and existing sales opportunities.
• Build a strong relationship with all customers.
• Demonstrate commitment to achieve targets and KPI's
• Make quality and qualified appointments using appropriate techniques
Skills & Experience
• Previous customer service/sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to succeed and exceed targets
• Flexible approach
• Excellent team player
• Computer Literate (previous experience with a CRM system)
