Are you an experienced Customer Service /Sales Advisor currently seeking a fresh challenge within a busy environment? Are you confident, hard working and dedicated?
The IGC Group is an expanding pro active Business to Business mobile solutions provider with major emphasis on customer loyalty and service. They are looking to add to their existing successful Customer Services / Sales Department. The aim of our Customer Service /Sales Department is to adopt a consultative sales approach with existing customers, with needs analysis and matching of products to those identified needs with the aim to delight existing customers.
You will make and take calls from customers dealing with service queries and issues. You will also be offering sales advice and discussing all relevant options to find the best possible communication solution for the customer and their business.
Daily duties will involve:
- Dealing with a wide range of queries on the phone
- Processing orders
- Work as part of the team to ensure all duties / tasks required are completed
- Recording & logging data using computer system
- Establishing good working relationships with all other departments
- Working as a team to achieve targets and service levels
- General admin duties
- Identifying customer needs, provide advice & solution / recommend products & services
- Answer technical / general questions
- Investigate and action customer complaints
- Identifying potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service whilst operating within company guidelines and constraints
Respond to all customer enquiries promptly and efficiently to achieve agreed service levels and customer satisfaction
To be considered for this role you will require:
- Experience in a Customer service/Sales Role (ideally in the communications sector)
- Confidence with dealing with queries and complaints
- Good IT Skills
- Experience of working to sales targets would be an advantage
- A professional outlook with the ability to use own initiative
- Confident, polite & friendly telephone manner
- An aptitude to learn quickly and understand new terminology
- Ability to work under pressure & remain calm and focused
