Outbound Telesales Advisors (Essex) £13-17k basic + uncapped commission (£30k-£40k ote)

Our Client is a well established provider of holiday homes and lodges.
Following a recent acquisition a positions have become available for a high calibre, talented and experienced Outbound Telesales Advisors.
The role requires contacting potential new customers who have expressed an interest in our client’s products. You will need to be sales driven with a self-motivated attitude and you will also need to possess an excellent telephone manner and enjoy exceeding set targets.
Duties
· Maximise all new and existing sales opportunities.
· Build a strong relationship with all customers.
· Demonstrate commitment to achieve targets and KPI's.
· Quality sales/appointments using appropriate techniques and secure genuine sales
Skills & Experience
· Previous customer service/sales experience
· Excellent communication skills
· A desire to succeed and exceed targets
· Flexible approach
· Excellent team player.
· Computer Literate (previous experience with a CRM system)
