Our Client is one of Britain's major fashion companies and their name is synonymous with style and elegance. Their brand which is exported to 30 countries and sold in over 2,000 speciality shops, major stores and concessions is one of the UK's quintessential British luxury labels, specialising in fine tailoring and accessories for men and women.
They are looking for a European Sales Manager who can deliver on long-term growth in the European market by increasing sales with both current and new customers.
Job Details
· Deliver on long-term growth in European market by increasing sales with current and new customers
· Build and develop the agent and distributor network in Europe and Worldwide Duty Free.
· Continue with programme of increasing quality sales whilst reducing poor performing customer outlets.
· Management of sales agents including arrangements for appointments and terminations, in liaison with Head of Licensing
· Preparation and achievement of European sales budget and forecasts, including costs
· Passionate about the clients products; you must have proven ability to excite and inspire customers/retailers about sales programmes.
· Manage & organise agents meetings and exhibitions.
· This role requires extensive travel throughout Europe.
Essential Requirements
· Must be fluent in English, German, Italian and French
· Experience gained in a similar role.
· Willing to travel
· Demonstrate proven success to reach and exceed sales targets in European markets in Luxury Brands.
· Excellent communication skills
