Our client, a growing accountancy company is looking to recruit an experienced PA to support the Managing Director
Job Description
To provide a high level of day to day PA support for the Managing Director. The role will involve organisation of various activities, to include travel itineraries, key business meetings & hospitality planning. Providing line management support for direct reports is also key to the role.
Skills
· Must have previous PA experience supporting MD/FD etc
· Strong communicator, both written and verbal
· Proficient in MS Office with at least intermediate level PowerPoint
· Highly organised
· Able and happy to deal with frequent last minute changes
· Ability to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner
· Proactive and confident approach
· Ability to take minutes at meetings
· Observant
· Assertive
· Daily planning and coordination of the Managing Director’s diary, post & other correspondence
· Mainly office based. Available to travel, as required by the Managing Director.
